Clause 1
These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between each eligible user and Hiatoto in relation to the website, account services, casino content, sports betting markets, promotions, payment tools, and customer support functions made available through the platform. References to “you”, “your”, or “player” mean the person accessing or using Hiatoto.
Your continued use of Hiatoto constitutes acceptance of these terms together with the applicable Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling information. Additional rules may apply to individual games, tournaments, bonuses, jackpots, payment channels, or sports markets. Where a specific offer contains supplementary conditions, those conditions apply alongside this agreement.

- Withdrawal means an approved transfer of eligible account funds to a supported payment destination.
Clause 3
Hiatoto is intended exclusively for persons aged 21 and above. You may create or use an account only if you have reached that age, possess legal capacity to enter this agreement, and are permitted to participate under the laws applicable to your location. Hiatoto does not provide legal advice, and each player is responsible for confirming that access is lawful.
One person may maintain only one Hiatoto account unless prior written approval has been provided by the platform. The account holder must register using accurate, current, and complete information. False names, misleading contact information, duplicate accounts, impersonation, and the use of another person’s banking or e-wallet credentials are prohibited.
Hiatoto may request identity, age, address, source-of-funds, or payment ownership documents where reasonably required for account security, verification, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes. A player must cooperate with a legitimate verification request. Certain account functions, including withdrawals, may remain restricted until satisfactory checks are completed.
Account Security
You must keep your username, password, one-time verification codes, and device access confidential. Activity completed through your credentials may be treated as authorised unless you report suspected compromise promptly. Available Malaysian payment methods may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Availability, transaction limits, processing times, and verification requirements may differ by account, provider, maintenance status, and transaction type. Displayed time estimates are not guarantees.
Deposits must originate from a payment method owned or lawfully controlled by the registered Hiatoto account holder. The platform may reject or reverse third-party payments, duplicate transactions, suspected chargeback activity, or transfers that cannot be verified. Hiatoto is not a bank, and account balances do not earn interest.
Withdrawal requests are subject to sufficient withdrawable balance, account verification, promotion conditions, security review, and payment channel limits. Hiatoto may ask a player to withdraw through the same method used for depositing where practical. Bank or payment provider delays outside the platform’s reasonable control may affect receipt times.
Players must review all MYR amounts before confirming a transaction. Any suspected error should be reported to Hiatoto support without delay. Funds credited due to a technical, administrative, or payment processing error do not become the player’s property and may be corrected after review.
Clause 5
A wager is accepted only when recorded as confirmed by the Hiatoto system. Selecting an outcome or pressing a game control does not create a valid wager if the transaction fails, times out, or is rejected. Players are responsible for checking the stake, market, odds, selections, and potential return before confirmation.
Casino outcomes are governed by the applicable game rules and technical systems. Return-to-player percentages are theoretical long-term calculations and do not predict the outcome of an individual session. Hiatoto does not guarantee winnings, a particular result, or recovery of previous losses.
Sports markets may be suspended, repriced, settled, or voided according to event status and the applicable market rules. This may occur after postponement, cancellation, abandonment, incorrect participant listing, obvious pricing error, or unreliable data. Live betting transmissions can experience delay, so on-screen match information may not reflect the exact real-time position.
Hiatoto may investigate collusion, coordinated betting, automated play, exploitation of software defects, match manipulation, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage. Confirmed prohibited activity may result in wager cancellation, correction of affected balances, promotion removal, suspension, or account closure.
Clause 6
Every Hiatoto promotion is subject to its stated eligibility period, minimum deposit, wagering requirement, qualifying games, contribution rates, maximum conversion value, and withdrawal conditions. A player should read the complete offer details before opting in. A headline amount or percentage must not be interpreted separately from the associated conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged directly for cash, or combined with another offer. Hiatoto may exclude payment methods, games, bet types, or accounts from a campaign where this is disclosed in the promotion rules. VIP tiers and benefits may depend on eligible turnover, account status, and periodic review.
Bonus abuse is prohibited. This includes duplicate account claims, coordinated claims, artificial turnover, opposite betting, low-risk wagering designed solely to convert credit, and manipulation of promotion mechanics. Hiatoto may withhold or remove promotional value after a reasonable investigation where misuse is established.
Clause 7
Players must use Hiatoto honestly, personally, and for lawful entertainment. You must not interfere with platform operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected systems, reverse engineer software, use bots, circumvent security controls, or exploit a known fault.
The sale, transfer, rental, or sharing of a Hiatoto account is prohibited. Players must not use Hiatoto to process third-party funds, conceal transaction origins, commit fraud, evade sanctions, or conduct unlawful financial activity. Threatening, discriminatory, abusive, or deceptive communication with staff or other users is also unacceptable.
Hiatoto may restrict access while investigating suspected misconduct. Any action taken will depend on the circumstances, available evidence, account history, and the seriousness of the concern. Where appropriate, Hiatoto may request an explanation or additional documentation before reaching a decision.
Clause 8
Gambling involves financial risk and should be treated only as optional entertainment. Hiatoto players should set affordable budgets, use session limits, avoid borrowing money to gamble, and never chase losses. No game, betting strategy, or promotion provides guaranteed profit.
Hiatoto provides access to deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion controls. A request to restrict an account should be taken seriously and will be handled according to the selected restriction. A self-excluded player must not create another account or attempt to bypass a restriction.

Clause 9
The Hiatoto name, visual identity, website layout, original text, graphics, software elements, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Players receive a limited, personal, revocable, and non-transferable right to access Hiatoto for lawful private use.
No Hiatoto material may be copied, republished, sold, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise. Game provider names and content remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Hiatoto aims to maintain stable access but does not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, network failure, provider outages, cybersecurity events, device incompatibility, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect games, sports markets, payments, or account functions.
Clause 10
Hiatoto may correct obvious errors in odds, game displays, payment entries, settlement calculations, or promotional credit. Where a player knew or reasonably should have known that information was clearly incorrect, Hiatoto may void the affected transaction and restore the account to the position that would have applied without the error.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hiatoto is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from device failure, internet interruption, third-party payment delays, inaccurate credentials, unauthorised account sharing, or use contrary to these terms. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Hiatoto may suspend or close an account for breach of this agreement, failed verification, security risk, prolonged inactivity, responsible gambling intervention, or other legitimate operational reasons. Any remaining eligible balance will be handled after applicable checks, deductions, corrections, and legal obligations have been addressed.
Clause 11
Hiatoto processes personal information for account administration, identity verification, security, payment handling, customer support, service improvement, and other purposes explained in the Privacy Policy. Players must provide accurate contact details so that essential account and security notices can be delivered.
Service communications may include verification requests, transaction updates, changes to these terms, security alerts, and responsible gambling messages. Promotional preferences may be managed separately where such controls are available, but essential operational notices cannot always be disabled while an account remains open.
Clause 12
A player who believes that an account, payment, bonus, game, or sports settlement has been handled incorrectly should contact Hiatoto support promptly. The complaint should include the registered username, relevant transaction or wager reference, approximate date and time, and a clear description of the concern.
Hiatoto will review available account records, provider information, payment data, and correspondence before responding. Complex cases may require additional time or documentation. Players should allow the internal review to conclude and must not submit altered evidence or misleading information.
These terms are interpreted under applicable law and subject to mandatory rights that cannot be excluded by agreement. If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure by Hiatoto to enforce a provision immediately does not constitute a permanent waiver.
